License & purchase terms

These terms cover Superscriptify’s Instant Sheet Reports and Instant Row Highlighter. Questions: info@superscriptify.com.

14 days free. One optional purchase.

The trial provides all paid features for 14 days. Afterward, a permanent license is US$4.99 for Reports or US$0.99 for Row Highlighter. No subscription or automatic charge begins when the trial ends. If you do not purchase, new report creation or row highlighting stops. Downloaded exports remain ordinary files.

Each marketplace has a separate license. Safari purchases do not unlock Chrome or the Sheets add-on, and purchases in either Google marketplace do not unlock the other. US base prices are shown before any applicable tax; Apple’s local pricing and checkout terms may vary. Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record for Stripe purchases and handles applicable payment tax. The price shown before payment controls.

Permanent access and restoration

Permanent means paid features in the purchased product have no scheduled subscription expiry. It does not guarantee that a third-party platform or online service will operate forever, or include future separate products. Keep your Chrome or add-on license key private and save it for restoration on your own devices. You may not resell or publicly share a key. Safari restoration uses your Apple account.

Refunds follow the selling platform’s applicable process. For Stripe purchases, contact support with the receipt. Refunded purchases and payment disputes may revoke access; a dispute resolved in your favor can be restored. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Your spreadsheet and reports

You must have permission to access and export the spreadsheet. Automatic recognition is heuristic and can miss or mislabel headers, tables and relationships. Review aggregates, labels, filters and selected columns before relying on or distributing a report. Reports uses calculated results supplied by Google or the workbook; it does not independently run spreadsheet formulas. These products do not provide financial advice or execute trades.

Compatibility and ownership

Google Sheets and browser changes, permissions, quotas or network conditions can affect operation. We welcome compatibility reports through support. Product code and branding belong to their respective owners; bundled libraries and fonts retain their included licenses. Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC. These products are not affiliated with Google, Apple, or the unrelated extension named Sheets Row Highlighter.

Apple’s applicable standard licensed application agreement and marketplace terms also apply to App Store purchases. Your statutory rights remain in effect.
